All collection fees will be the client's responsibility.
All data remains the property of Northern Illinois Radon LLC until full payment is received, after which the reports/results will be released to the client.
For electronic payments, please use: payments@niradon.com.
1. Returned Check Fees: A fee of $50 will be charged for checks returned by banks due to insufficient funds (NSF) or closed accounts. Failure to pay an invoice will void current and previous radon measurements and results.
2. Calendar Days: Calendar Days are defined as Monday through Friday, including Saturday and Sunday, with holidays included in invoice due dates.
3. Modifications: Amendments may not be performed on active contracts. To amend an active contract, it must be: i) paid in full, ii) concluded with results delivered, or iii) canceled entirely. A new estimate, contract, or proposal will then need to be drafted.
4. Non-Interference: Clients agree to adhere to Northern Illinois Radon LLC's Non-Interference Policy, as the quality of radon measurements is reliant on the measurement environment. For questions or concerns regarding radon measurements, clients can contact Northern Illinois Radon LLC at info@niradon.com or 630-915-9434, at any time during or after the measurement. Violations of closed-building conditions cannot be considered after results are released.
5. Cancellations/Rescheduling: Changes not performed within 24 hours of a scheduled appointment will incur a $100 fee.
6. No-Show Fee: Failure to arrive for a confirmed appointment, including lockout of the building for any reason preventing the radon professional from conducting business, will result in a $100 fee.

We may use third-party service providers to assist us in operating our business; these entities may have limited access to personal information only as needed and require prior consent from Users.
Release of Data / Reporting
